Living in Tsukuba, the “City of Science,” we want children to discover the wonders of science through fun experiments, hands-on activities, and visits to local science and research institutions.
This event is usually held in Japanese, but this time, we’re excited to offer a special English-language edition!
科学の街つくばの特性を生かし、小学生を対象に市内の科学館の見学と簡単な工作や実験講座を通して、驚きや感動を提供し、科学に対する関心を高めてもらうことを目的としています。

| 備考 |
We regularly organize events that combine science institutions visits with hands-on workshops using the Tsukuba Science Tour Bus.
Our upcoming event will be held in English for elementary school students and their families.
We are looking for volunteers to help with the slime-making workshop and assist with the guided tour in English. A brief orientation will be held before the event to go over the activities and volunteer roles.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us!
