企画名：「サッカーボールをパスして、みんなと対話しよう！
Pass the soccer ball and interact with everyone!」
本企画は、スポーツ、特に「サッカー」の力を通じて、コロナ禍により停滞していた学内の交流を活性化させることを目的として、2021年12月に活動を開始しました。参加者は、本学の日本人学生、外国人留学生、教職員、研究員、卒業生など、多様な背景を持つメンバーで構成されています。
活動開始以降は、毎週末に大学のサッカー場や体育館で定期的に練習を行い、継続的な交流の場を提供してきました。参加者の数も順調に増加しており、2025年5月現在では、約110名が本企画に関わっています。
参加メンバーで構成されたサッカーチーム「KickChat FC」は、大学のスポーツ・デーにおけるサッカーやフットサル競技への参加をはじめ、活動の幅を着実に広げています。
さらに、本企画のプランナーが申請・採択された筑波大学の社会貢献プロジェクトと連携し、地域の子どもたちにサッカーを楽しめる場を提供する取り組みも展開しています。
今後も、スポーツが持つ力を信じ、「ボールをパスする＝対話する」というコンセプトのもと、キャンパス内外における異文化理解の深化と多文化共生の促進に貢献していきたいと考えています。
Project Title: “Pass the Soccer Ball and Interact with Everyone!”
This project began in December 2021 with the aim of revitalizing campus interactions that had stagnated due to the COVID-19 pandemic, through the power of sports-particularly soccer. Participants include a diverse range of people such as Japanese students, international students, faculty members, researchers, and alumni of the university.
Since its launch, the project has hosted regular training sessions almost every weekend at the university’s soccer field or gymnasium, creating ongoing opportunities for interaction. The number of participants has steadily grown, and as of May 2025, approximately 110 people are involved.
A soccer team composed of project participants was formed under the name “KickChat FC.” The team actively expands its activities by participating in soccer and futsal events, such as the university’s annual Sports Day.
Furthermore, in collaboration with a university-approved social contribution project proposed by the project planner, we have begun providing local children with opportunities to enjoy playing soccer.
We believe in the unifying power of sports and will continue to promote intercultural understanding and multicultural coexistence both on and off campus through the act of “passing the ball”—a symbol of dialogue and connection. |
| 具体的な活動計画 |
本企画の2025年5月から2025年11月にかけての活動計画は以下のとおりです。
①サッカー練習を通しての異文化交流
日時：毎週末２時間程度を予定
場所：春日体育館、第2サッカー場等
内容：ウォームアップ、基礎練習、ゲーム形式など未経験の方には経験者がサポートします。
各自持参するもの：運動できる服装、室内用フットサルシューズまたは屋外用サッカースパイク、フットサルボールまたはサッカーボール
②異文化交流e-sportsサッカー大会
日時：2025年5月または6月を予定
場所：スチューデント・コモンズ
内容：実際に体を動かしてのサッカーには抵抗を感じる外国人留学生、日本人学生をターゲットにe-sportsサッカー大会を開催し、ゲームを楽しむ中でキャンパス内の異文化交流を促進します。
使用するソフトは人気サッカーゲーム「FC25」を予定しています。ゲーム機「PS4」をプロジェクタに繋ぎ大スクリーンでプレイして盛り上がります。ゲームで対戦したり共同プレーをする中で言語の壁を超えて参加者間の交流を深めることを意図しています。
③社会貢献プロジェクトと連携した近隣の子どもたちへのサッカーできる場の提供
日時：毎月1回程度
場所：第2サッカー場
関彰商事のサッカー部の関係者とコラボし、国籍、性別を問わず近隣の子どもたちのためにサッカーができる場所を提供します。積極的なサッカーテクニックの指導はしませんが、子どもたちの主体的な遊びのサポートを行います。
Planned Activities from May to November 2025
1. Intercultural Exchange through Soccer Practice
Schedule: Approximately 2 hours every weekend
Locations: Kasuga Gymnasium, Second Soccer Field, etc.
Content: Sessions will include warm-ups, basic drills, and game-style play. Beginners are welcome—experienced participants will provide support and guidance.
What to Bring: Comfortable sportswear, indoor futsal shoes or outdoor soccer cleats, and a futsal or soccer ball
2. Intercultural e-Sports Soccer Tournament
Schedule: Planned for May or June 2025
Location: Student Commons
Content: This event targets international and Japanese students who may feel hesitant about participating in physical sports. An e-sports soccer tournament will be held using the popular soccer game "FC25." Participants will play on a large screen via a PS4 console connected to a projector. The goal is to encourage intercultural exchange on campus by fostering communication and teamwork through virtual matches and cooperative gameplay, transcending language barriers.
3. Providing Local Children with Opportunities to Play Soccer (in collaboration with the Social Contribution Project)
Schedule: Around once a month
Location: Second Soccer Field
Content: In collaboration with members of the Sekisho Shoji Football Club, we will provide local children—regardless of nationality or gender—with a safe and enjoyable space to play soccer. While we do not offer formal technical coaching, we support and encourage children's spontaneous play and engagement. |
