以下イベントの概要と注意事項および、申し込むフォームへのリンクがありますので、順にお読みください。
【イベント概要】
日時…7/28（順延7/29）10:00-15:30
場所…虹の広場（アクセス等は下の「活動場所」をご覧ください。）
参加費…300円
参加者…40人程度（運営10人+日本人学生10人+留学生10人+地域の方10人）
スケジュール
10：00ー10：30 受付・参加費回収
10：30ー10：40 イベントの説明
10：40ー12：00 竹水鉄砲づくり
12：00ー13：00 お昼ごはん（食べに行く・買いに行く・食べ物を持ってくる）
13：00ー15：00 水鉄砲合戦
15：00ー15：30 会場のゴミ拾い・写真撮影
15：30 解散
＜補足説明＞
①竹水鉄砲づくり
5人1グループで工具を使いながら水鉄砲を作っていく。基本的には自分の分は自分で作る。（お子さんが作る際は、保護者か運営スタッフがのこぎりや錐を使いサポートする）
②水鉄砲合戦
日本人学生、留学生、地域の方を混ぜたチームでゲームを行う。
【注意事項】
＜安全に対する配慮について＞
当イベントでは竹水鉄砲を作る際にのこぎりや錐などの工具を使ったり、水鉄砲合戦で会場を走り回ったりします。その際にケガや事故が発生してしまう可能性があります。
またイベント当日、かなり気温があがり、熱中症になりやすい状況になることも予測されます。
当イベントではそうしたけがや事故が起きた際の費用を保障するために、レクリエーション保険に加入しております。また、ケガや事故を未然に防ぐための安全配慮、および軽度のケガに対する応急処置は行います。
なお、会場近くに自動販売機がありませんので飲み物は多めにご持参いただき、こまめな水分補給をお願いいたします。
＜昼ごはんについて＞
昼食時間に買いに行くか、ご持参いただきたいと思います。こちらで用意はありませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
歩いて行ける最も近くのコンビニは、一の矢宿舎の共用棟内にあります。歩いて5分程度です。当日スタッフに尋ねてください。
＜トイレについて＞
会場にはトイレがございません。一の矢宿舎の共用棟内のトイレや学内の建物のトイレをご利用いただくことになります。
＜駐車場について＞
筑波大学構内の駐車場がご利用いただけます。会場や駐車場までのアクセスは「活動場所」を参照ください。
＜貴重品の管理＞
自己責任でお願いいたします。
＜観覧歓迎＞
＜申込多数の場合について＞
当イベントでは定員を30名としています。申し込み多数の際には、先着順での対応となりますのであらかじめご了承ください。
参加が確定された方には24日までに申込時にご入力いただいた連絡先にご連絡いたします。
＜雨天時の対応について>
悪天候でイベントが実施できない場合は当日28日の午前8時までに、ご記入いただいた連絡先にご連絡いたします。28日に実施できない場合、29日に順延となります。29日も悪天候でイベントが実施できないと判断した場合、同様に29日の午前8時までにご連絡いたします。
<10歳未満のお子さんの参加について>
安全の観点から、水鉄砲を作って合戦に参加できるのは１０歳以上からとしています。あらかじめご了承ください。
また、小さなお子さんのためにミニプールを用意する予定でありましたが、こちらの都合で取りやめることにしました。申し訳ございません。
<肖像権について>
イベント当日、広報媒体＊および報告書＊に掲載するための写真撮影をスタッフが行います。写真に写りたくない・掲載されたくないという方がおりましたら、イベント当日の受付時にお申し出ください。
お申し出がなかった場合、広告媒体や報告書の掲載の同意があったものとみなします。

Note: The weather is not suitable for a water gun fight, it will be hosted the next day 29th.

Participation fee: 300yen
Participants: about 40 people, consist of about 10 staff, 10 Japanese students, 10 international students and 10 local residents
Schedule:
10：00ー10：30 reception and collection of participation fee
10：30ー10：40 explanation about this event
10：40ー12：00 making water guns from bamboo
12：00ー13：00 lunch time – please go to grocery store to get some food or bring your own lunch
13：00ー15：00 water gun fight
15：00ー15：30 cleaning the event place and taking photos
15：30 finish
Supplementary information
1 making water guns from bamboo
In groups of 5 we will make water guns from bamboo by tools. Basically each person will make a water gun by himself. When small child does it, however, his parents or staff will support him.
2 Water gun fight
Each team has Japanese students, international students and local residents for sure.
【relevant terms and conditions】
[About risk management]
During this event as we are going to use a gimlet to make bamboo water gun there is a risk of accidents or injuries occuring. In addition, as it is a hot day a heat stroke may also occur so please take rests when needed.
We have recreational insurance to compensate for the cost of injuries or accidents that would happen during the event. In addition, we are going to be careful not to cause some accidents and take care of minor injuries by ourselves if necessary.
Please bring more drinks because there is no vending machine near the event place, and stay hydrated during the event.
[About lunch]
Please go buying your lunch or bring it. We will not serve lunch. Thank you for your understanding.
The nearest convenient store is in Ichinoya community center. It takes about 5 minutes from the event place by walk. Please ask the staff how to go there on that day.
[About parking]
Parking at the university is available for free. You can check access to
parking area or event place below "活動場所”
[About valuables]
Please keep your valuables at your own risk.
[Viewers are welcome]
[In case of too many participants]
The participants are limited to 30. If many participants above it apply for our event, we will accept the participants on a first come first served basis. We will contact you by 24th if you can join our event.
[About weather conditions]
If the weather is not suitable for a water gun fight, it will be hosted the next day. Then we will announce the postponement by e-mail or call you by 8am on 28th. Moreover, if the weather is not good on 29th too, we will announce in the same way.
[In case of participation of kids under 10 years of age]
In terms of security, we judge kids under 10 years of age are not old enough to make water guns or have a water fight. We appreciate your understanding. Besides we were planning to have a mini pool for small kids, but we have decided not to do. I'm so sorry.
[Regarding image rights]
We will take pictures or videos to post them in our twitter and Facebook account or T-ACT website. If you refuse it, tell the staff in front desk on the day. Without it, we will recognize you accept our use of pictures or videos in our post.
