At T-ACT, we introduce volunteer activities from registered organizations that have passed our screening process. We publish information on volunteer opportunities suitable for student participation on our website and other platforms.
If you want to try volunteering or are unsure, why not consult with T-ACT once?
Both in-person and online consultations are available. Volunteer advisors are available to provide volunteer information, advice on participating in activities, and to answer any questions you may have.
Flow from Application to Start of Activities
First, head to the T-ACT Forum.
There are various reasons for starting volunteer activities. Even if you don't have any special or professional knowledge or skills, try to find something you can do.
Volunteer advisors serve as a bridge between local organizations and students, matching the needs of organizations with those who wish to participate.

1. Search for information
Information about volunteer activities handled by the T-ACT Promotion Office is available on the T-ACT website, campus posting boards and racks, and T-ACT's social media, among other places. You should be able to find activities you want to join based on your interests and preferences.
2. Consult with T-ACT
If you're new to volunteering or having trouble finding an activity you'd like to join, why not consult with a T-ACT Volunteer Advisor? We offer both in-person and online consultations, so please feel free to contact us about anything.
3. Application for Participation
Once you've found an activity you'd like to try, click on 'Apply to Participate' in the detailed event information on the T-ACT website to apply. Alternatively, you can also apply directly with the host organization. When applying, if there is anything unclear about the activities, it is necessary to confirm in advance to prevent possible problems between both parties. Some organizations may require pre-training or similar sessions before you participate in their activities, so please be sure to check the recruitment information carefully.
- The participation registration form is available here.←Submit it to T-ACT before your volunteer activities!
4. Enrollment in volunteer insurance
In T-ACT volunteer activities, most of the host organizations handle the insurance enrollment procedures, but not all organizations do so. Depending on the organization, you may need to enroll individually, so please feel free to contact the T-ACT Forum before participating.
5. Participate in volunteer activities
Once you reach this point, it's finally time to start your activities. Be sure to greet others, observe the manners and promises required for activities, and participate naturally without overexerting yourself. If you feel in danger or unwell during activities, do not push yourself and report it to the representative of the host organization.
6. Preparation of Activity Report
After the activity ends, please create a volunteer activity report and reflect on your participation. Through your activities, you may have encountered new people or made discoveries, and I believe you have also gained something as a social contribution. Additionally, your personal experiences and impressions can serve as valuable information for those who wish to try volunteering next. We also ask for your cooperation in including this information in the T-ACT Activity Report.
After the activity is completed, a T-ACT Certificate will be prepared. For students, this certificate can also serve as a useful career portfolio. Students who wish to receive the certificate should contact T-ACT.
